Optimising Your Health Programme for Soursop (Graviola)
After recommending Soursop to hundreds of people we were asked to put a programme together. Taking Soursop without the proper guidance can counter-act its properties. Within the body it seeks out cells that are emitting a high ATP output (raised energy), which tells the Soursop that there is bacterium in the cell. It then proceeds to eliminate that cell, while healthy cells are left alone. Please note: the products we recommed are the best that we have sourced to be used with the programme and these can be found on our site. If you use other types, then the outcome may be inferior.
What you will need for standard, step-up and fast-track:
Redox Signaling Molecules Supplement 2x2oz (ASEA)
5 Tibetan Rites Sheet
Sesame, Refined sunflower or Virgin Coconut Oil (Amazon Store)
Colloidal Plant-Derived Minerals 30ml (Amazon Store)
Coconut Water (Amazon Store)
Healthy Atom ProBiotic MAX 2 capsules
Take 2oz of ASEA first thing on an empty stomach.
Do the 5 Tibetan Rites (If you exercise, do them afterwards).
Before showering, put 1 tablespoon of the oil in the mouth and do 20mins of pulling whilst showering (See oil-Pulling notes).
One dose of colloidal plant-derived minerals in coconut water. Make sure there is no coenzyme CoQ-10 in the minerals.
ProBiotic Max capsule x 1 with food.
A lightly grilled avocado - you can add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. You can add fruit or a slice of rye, wholewheat, sourdough/spelt bread.
Drink one bottle of Soursop slowly. If you have opted for the capsules, take two and for the tincture, follow the labels instructions.
Keep the lunch as fresh as possible. No processed foods.
ProBiotic MAX capsule x 1 with food.
If you can eat an egg here, that would be beneficial, preferably boiled and use wholewheat or rye sourdough/spelt bread rather than white wheat.
1 tablespoon of the oil for a 20 min pulling session (can be done in the evening).
Omit any white flour, so brown rice, steamed veggies, etc.
ASEA 2oz before bed
This needs to be exactly the same as standard apart from:
Mid-afternoon: Take another bottle of soursop or 2 capsules or the tincture.
This needs to be as the step-up with the added products for cleansing the colon and intestines.
Healthy Atom COL Clear-B: Take 1 capsule with food, 3 times per day or as required.
No bananas or sweetcorn and keep sugar to a minimum. No white sugar.
This is a one month programme for the Soursop. You do not need to take the wormwood and clove complex when using Soursop as it is antiparasitic.
After one month of using the Soursop, do the amino acids programme with the Coenzyme CoQ-10 added to build up the ATP count in the cell. You can keep going on the Soursop if your illness is still present, but is showing signs of lessening. Do no longer than two months, as the body will need to replenish itself.
You can add white flour to your diet after the three further months on the amino acid programme, but not white sugar. Keep to raw cane. Also, adding an avocado several times a week is beneficial. You can keep on oil pulling for up to a year depending upon your illness and state of health (or for life if you want to detox daily).
If you drink wine, make it red – Cabernet Sauvignon has the highest antioxidant count.
Once you have completed the programme, go for the Amino Acid Programme.
What NOT to Take Whilst Taking Soursop (Graviola) for 30 days
Vitamin C & E
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Any white flour/sugar/rice
Apple cider vinegar
Magnesium baths or sprays
B-Vitamin complex in the form of supplements
Creams or supplements with MSM in them
Bicarbonate of soda and any type of honey
Protocel or Cantron supplements for cancer
No energy drinks
Obviously most foods will contain some of the above, but it is important not to add supplements with these contained in them.
