Daily Programmes for Optimising Your Health
If you're looking for a programme guide that shows you how to utilise the principal of detoxing the body and re-charging it with the building blocks of vital minerals, vitamins and amino acids, then our programmes may be of interest to you. Most problems we have in health, which includes obesity, is a toxicity and/or a nutrient deficiency. Most people struggle to find information on where to start to improve these issues, so we have put together a few programmes that target both.
Getting Started on Health
We recommend that a person starts with the Soursop Programme in order to assist the detoxification of parasites, viral infections and a general sluggish system. Both the Soursop and the Amino Acid Programmes cover the levels of: standard, step-up and fast track.
If your health is relatively stable, i.e. you do not have a serious illness, then go straight for the 1st step, which is to detoxify your system using the Soursop Programme. If you do have a serious illness, then your body is possibly deficient in vitamins, minerals and amino acids, so consider building up your system and strength first with the Amino Acid Programme before tackling the Soursop Programme.
Once the Soursop Programme has been completed, then the 2nd step is to follow the Amino Acid Programme in order to build up optimum nutrition in the cells.
If you decide to build up your system first using the Amino Acid Programme, then you will need to do the Soursop Programme followed by a second round of the Amino Acid Programme.
We have created this programme in conjunction with our Dynamic Shape Range of protein drinks. These drinks have a high level of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
The programme covers your BMR (basal metabolic rate), and how to achieve weight-loss using a calorie deficient count as the means. Many people 'crash diet' not realising that the body goes into 'starvation mode' and you begin to lose precious proteins rather than any stored fat.
